Robert "Bob" Pfeifer is the principal of Pfeifer Law, and has been practicing for 39 years.  He did his undergraduate studies at JMU, then his law degree at The University of Richmond, on track to leverage his chemistry degree and become a patent attorney... but the "chemistry" that happened was between him and his wife-to-be Karen, and that derailed his plan to move to a big city like Chicago to practice patent law.  Fortunately, Bob found a new professional love:  estate planning and real estate law.  He enjoys the personal, individual nature of the work;  and prides himself on customizing plans to suit each unique client.  Michele Schneider, Real Estate Coordinator, completes the team by assisting clients with the purchasing, selling or refinancing of real property.  The firm prides itself on working closely with real estate agents and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions;  and since many estates involve real property, the real estate side of the firm complements the estate side, for the benefit of the client.

When he's not practicing law, Bob's #1 joy is enjoying his grandchildren with his wife Karen.  His other love and avocation is scuba diving.  He's dived around the Cayman Islands, but one day he intends to dive off Australia and New Zealand.
